About the academy
A structured path from first lesson to competitive play
Padios is a professional padel academy built around one idea: every player, junior or adult, deserves a clear development plan — not just a court booking.
Our philosophy
We believe padel is learned in stages, not by chance. Every player progresses through the same structured framework — technique, tactics, movement, and game understanding — tracked over time by a coach who knows their game.
Training should be demanding and enjoyable at once. We build sessions around real match situations, not isolated drills, so what you learn on the court on Tuesday shows up in your game on Saturday.
How we develop players
Technique
Strokes and shot-craft built on solid fundamentals — forehand, backhand, volley, serve, and the padel-specific game: wall play, bandeja, vibora.
Tactics
Positioning, net play, shot selection, and partner coordination — knowing not just how to hit the ball, but when.
Movement
Balance, court coverage, and recovery — the physical foundation every technical and tactical skill depends on.
Game understanding
Reading the point, scoring awareness, and decision-making under pressure — the difference between drilling and playing.
Who we coach
Juniors
Age-appropriate groups that build fundamentals early and grow into competitive play.
Adults
From first-timers to club regulars, at times that fit around work and family.
Competitive players
Individual coaching and academy tournaments for players training toward real competition.
